Customer reviews & ratings
I had an amazing experience with Intro Travel – North New Zealand. A huge thank you to our incredible group leader, Lauren, who made the trip truly unforgettable. She was friendly, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable about New Zealand’s history, culture, and natural beauty. Lauren kept everything well-organized and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment. From breathtaking landscapes to hidden gems, she made sure we didn’t miss a thing. I would highly recommend this tour. :)
Veronika Olsen Oct, 2025 VerifiedI have always been someone who feels nervous when joining tours, as stepping outside of my emotional, physical, and social comfort zones can be overwhelming. The unknown can feel daunting, and past experiences have sometimes left me feeling different or even overlooked. This tour, however, was completely different. Even before it began, I felt reassured knowing that Faye and Niamh had thought of every detail. Their clear communication, daily schedules, thoughtful packing lists, and instant updates made it easy to relax and let go of my anxieties. Nothing ever felt too big or too small for them to handle, and they considered each person’s individual needs with kindness and understanding. For me, this meant being able to spend extra time at a museum instead of pushing through steep walks. That level of care made all the difference. What made this tour truly special was the warm, family-like atmosphere that Faye and Niamh created. They somehow knew exactly when everyone needed a good laugh or even a hug. That sense of belonging meant I could try new experiences without fear, and I came away not only with memories but with new friendships and lessons learned from others. Meeting people, sharing stories, and learning together felt as important as the activities themselves. The experiences themselves were unforgettable. Weta Workshop was an absolute standout. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves creativity and behind-the-scenes magic. The spa was another highlight, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and reflection in the midst of our busy days. Of the other activities, my favourites included the Mitai Māori Village, which was both moving and deeply cultural; Rotorua, with its unique landscape and energy; and Hobbiton, which was nothing short of magical. Each activity offered something different, but all of them were enriched by the way Faye and Niamh guided us through them. I cannot fault Faye and Niamh. They made everyone feel valued, respected, and part of something bigger than themselves. Their ability to bring people together while ensuring individual needs were met was extraordinary. This tour gave me not only wonderful memories but also confidence in myself to try new things, and for that, I am deeply grateful. I would give this experience 100/100 without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone seeking not just a tour, but a genuine, welcoming, and life-enriching journey.
